  The material adjustor is widely used in building material, mining, metallurgy, oil chemical and electric power industries etc. it adjusts, absorbs and slows the impact and powder rising, which is aroused by the material falling from high altitude. It is used in the system of material processing, transporting and filtering. The material slide to the receiver device equably, calmly and regularly. The type of the adjustor is various and the applicability is wide. There is no need to setup other material cushion device and guiding device when the adjustor is installed in working system.

  The adjustor is the newest and most advanced product which is designed on the base of all kinds of material discharging and adjusting equipment. The structure makes use of lever principle. The transmission type is particular and the figure is close. It has features of compact structure, flexible open and close, endurance, reliable operation and long life etc. The flying powder dust of falling material can be closed in the body. The pumping among dust grain can reduce the moving until dust is immobile. Dust can not overflow to pollute environment so we can have a good operating circumstance.

Working principle:

  調(diao)節器(qi)密封(feng)腔體容器(qi)内，設有可(ke)自動開啟、關閉，轉動(dong)靈活可靠(kao)并具有抗(kang)沖(chong)擊(ji)、抗振(zhen)動、耐磨損(sun)能力(li)的擋闆。擋闆的(de)運行由(you)帶(dai)有一配重(zhong)塊的(de)連杆(gan)來實現(xian)，連(lian)杆及(ji)配重(zhong)塊均(jun)封閉(bi)于兩(liang)側箱體内(nei)。當調(diao)節器存有(you)一定量的物料(liao)時，擋闆便(bian)自動(dong)打開，物料順着(zhe)擋闆(pan)開(kai)口自然(ran)、均勻、平(ping)穩(wen)地溜下，粉(fen)塵仍然封(feng)存于調(diao)節(jie)器内(nei)不能溢出(chu)。調節(jie)器的(de)減振(zhen)裝置(zhi)消除(chu)了(le)擋闆及(ji)配重(zhong)塊(kuai)在(zai)開啟(qi)、關閉(bi)過程中的(de)振力。

  The baffle is set in the sealing body of adjustor, which can open or close automatically, running freely. The baffle also can resist impact and quiver and the ability of anti-abrasion is great. The baffle is controlled by the connecting pole with a heavy block. The connecting pole and heavy block are closed in the body on two sides. The baffle can open automatically when there is some material in the adjustor. The material slip along the baffle smoothly and powder dust is remained in the body. The shock absorber can clear the shock force which is produced when the baffle and heavy block open and close.

Usage explanation

l  安裝前必須清潔閥門内(nei)腔，不(bu)允許(xu)有任(ren)何雜(za)物和污垢(gou)附着。

l  安(an)裝(zhuang)前先(xian)檢查(cha)閥門各傳(chuan)動部分是(shi)否完好，試(shi)運行無誤(wu)後将閥門(men)處于(yu)全閉(bi)狀态再進(jin)行安裝。

l  法(fa)蘭連接時兩(liang)法蘭間(jian)必須加(jia)密封墊(nian)，然後均勻(yun)鎖緊(jin)聯接(jie)螺(luo)栓。

l  根據(ju)客戶(hu)實際工況(kuang)需要調整(zheng)配重(zhong)塊來(lai)保(bao)證下料(liao)量及下料頻率。

l   The body must be cleaned before installed and there is no dirt and sundries clinging to the body

l   Check the transmission part before install. Close the valve and install the valve after there is no mistake.

l   Add sealed shim between the two flanges. Lock down the connecting bolt after add sealing washer.

l   Adjust the heavy block according to the working condition of user to ensure the feeding amount and feeding frequency.

運輸(shu)及保管：

Transportation and protection

l  運(yun)輸時避(bi)免撞擊調節器，調(diao)節器(qi)擋闆應(ying)處于全(quan)閉位(wei)置(zhi)，以(yi)防在(zai)運輸中擋(dang)闆及傳動部件(jian)損壞(huai)。

l  運輸(shu)時(shi)傳(chuan)動部位應作防潮、防(fang)雨處理。

l  調(diao)節器應存放(fang)在(zai)幹燥(zao)的室内(nei)，不允許(xu)露天(tian)存(cun)放或堆(dui)置。

l  調(diao)節器(qi)長期(qi)存放(fang)時(shi)應使設(she)備處于關(guan)閉狀态，各(ge)傳(chuan)動部位(wei)加潤滑油(you),作防(fang)潮、防(fang)塵(chen)處理。

l   Avoid bumping and the baffle is in full close in order to avoid damage of baffle and driving part

l   Treatment of dampproof and vainproof should be done to transmission part when transport.

l   The adjustor should be stored in dry room and can not be stored or piled up in open air.

l   It should be in full close state when long stored. Add lubrication to the transmission part and the device should be dampproof and dustproof.

Maintenance and examination

l  定期檢查各傳動部(bu)位的運(yun)行情況(kuang)。

l  定期(qi)給(gei)各(ge)傳動(dong)部位加潤(run)滑油(you)。
