  The valve is widely used in building material, mining, power, glass, light industries etc. It is applied in hot windpipe system of smoke, waste gas management and in boiler, stove, and blast furnace of recycles heat. It is the ideal equipment to save energy and switch high temperature gas.

Structure characteristic

  旋(xuan)轉高溫三(san)通閥采用(yong)超強度熱(re)強鋼(gang)、不鏽(xiu)鋼(gang)和優質(zhi)碳素鋼焊(han)接。耐溫700℃，為(wei)雙(shuang)層結構(gou)，夾層襯有阻燃、耐溫(wen)保熱(re)材料(liao)，内有(you)耐熱鋼作耐熱(re)層(ceng)，耐溫1000℃，内(nei)襯耐火材料和隔熱(re)層。該閥磨(mo)擦小(xiao)、耐(nai)磨(mo)性高，且高(gao)溫不變形(xing)、不脫碳。

  The valve is welded in high strength heat-resistant steel, stainless steel and fine carbon steel. The structure is dual-layer, which can endure 700℃. The material lined in interlayer has the features of anti-burning, endurable temperature and saving energy. The ovenproof layer is refractory steel that can endure 1000℃. The lining is fire lining and heat insulation layer. The valve is little in attrition, endurable and distortion and decarbonization wouldn’t happen in the condition of high temperature.

Working principle:

  旋(xuan)轉高溫(wen)三(san)通閥由閥(fa)體、旋(xuan)轉翻(fan)闆、密封副(fu)、軸和(he)傳動(dong)裝置(zhi)等部(bu)件構成。由傳動(dong)裝置帶(dai)動軸和(he)搖臂使旋轉翻闆根據(ju)工況需(xu)要轉(zhuan)換(huan)氣(qi)流方(fang)向，達到(dao)封閉通(tong)道的(de)密封(feng)狀态(tai)。開啟通道則通(tong)暢無(wu)阻。反(fan)之，則(ze)轉換氣流(liu)方向(xiang)。

  XSTS 手動配(pei)用蝸輪(lun)傳動裝(zhuang)置。用鍊(lian)輪遠距(ju)離操作，經蝸(wo)輪副帶動(dong)軸作旋轉(zhuan)，達到(dao)介質換(huan)向(xiang)的目(mu)的。

  XSTQ 氣動裝置配用氣(qi)動裝置和(he)蝸輪傳動裝置(zhi)。手動由(you)鍊輪傳(chuan)動蝸輪副，帶動(dong)閥軸(zhou)作旋轉，氣(qi)動由(you)氣動(dong)推杆推動搖杆帶動(dong)閥軸作旋(xuan)轉，達(da)到介質(zhi)換(huan)向的(de)目的。手動、氣動可無(wu)幹(gan)擾切換(huan)。

  The valve is made up of body, turning disc, seal, axle and transmission device etc. In order to reach the seal state of seal channel, transmission device drives the axle and rocker to exchange the flow direction of gas referring to the working condition. Open the channel the medium will flow without resistance. Otherwise it will exchange the flow direction of gas.

  XSTS is equipped with the worm wheel transmission device. It is operated by chain wheel from long range. Worm wheel drives the axle to make the chain wheel rotate in order to exchange direction of medium.

  XSTQ is equipped with the pneumatic and worm wheel device. The chain wheel drives the worm wheel to rotate the valve axle, which is manual. Draw stem push the rocker to make the axle rotate in order to exchange direction of medium, which is pneumatic. Manual and pneumatic can be exchanged without disturbance.

Operation instruction

l 連接(jie)方式(shi)：進氣(qi)口為(wei)法(fa)蘭(lan)式連(lian)接，兩個出(chu)氣口(kou)為對焊式(shi)連接(jie)。

l 安裝時(shi)請(qing)注意(yi)進氣(qi)方(fang)向(xiang)（閥體(ti)上已标(biao)明(ming)）， 操作(zuo)時請(qing)注意翻闆(pan)換向的方向。

l 設(she)備在(zai)運行時，應定期給傳動部(bu)分加潤滑(hua)油和(he)檢查(cha)傳(chuan)動部分(fen)運行(hang)情況。

l 若長期存放，應使翻(fan)闆處于下通道關閉(bi)狀(zhuang)态(tai)，給傳(chuan)動部分加(jia)潤滑油，不要露天堆(dui)置。

l The connection of inlet is flange connection. Two vent holes are dual-welded connection.

l Pay attention to the inlet direction, which is marked on body when install the valve and the exchange direction of turning disc when operate.

l Add lubricant to the transmission part and check its operation condition termly.

l The down-channel should be closed when the valve is long stored. Add lubricant to transmission part and the valve can’t be piled up in the open air. 

運(yun)輸及(ji)保管：

Transportation and protection

l 運輸(shu)時應(ying)避免(mian)撞擊閥門(men)，閥門應處(chu)于全閉位(wei)置以(yi)防在(zai)運輸中損壞翻闆。

l 運(yun)輸時傳(chuan)動裝置應懸(xuan)空(kong)，防止傳(chuan)動軸受(shou)力(li)過大而變(bian)形損壞。

l 傳(chuan)動裝(zhuang)置(zhi)及(ji)傳動(dong)部位應作防潮(chao)、防雨處理(li)。

l 該閥(fa)應存(cun)放(fang)在(zai)幹燥(zao)的室内，不允許(xu)露天(tian)存放(fang)或堆(dui)置。長期存(cun)放時(shi)應使閥門處于(yu)關閉(bi)狀(zhuang)态(tai)，各傳(chuan)動部位(wei)加潤滑(hua)油，傳動(dong)裝置作(zuo)防潮、防(fang)塵(chen)處理(li)。

l Avoid bumping of the valve when transported. The valve should be in close position to prevent from damaging of turning disc.

l The transmission parts should be hung up to avoid the damage of transmission axle.

l Treatment of dampproof and rainproof should be done to transmission device and part.

l The valve should be stored in dry room. It should be in full close state when long stored. Add lubrication to the transmission part and the device should be dampproof and dustproof.
