  The valve is widely used in building material, mining, power, glass, light industries etc. It is applied in hot windpipe system of smoke, waste gas management and in boiler, stove, and blast furnace of recycles heat. It is the ideal equipment to save energy and switch high temperature gas.

  旋(xuan)轉高(gao)溫三(san)通閥采用(yong)超強度(du)熱(re)強鋼(gang)、不鏽(xiu)鋼(gang)和優質(zhi)碳素鋼焊(han)接。耐(nai)溫700℃，為雙(shuang)層結構(gou)，夾層襯有(you)阻燃(ran)、耐溫(wen)保(bao)熱材料(liao)，内有耐(nai)熱(re)鋼作(zuo)耐熱(re)層，耐溫1000℃，内(nei)襯耐火(huo)材(cai)料和(he)隔熱(re)層(ceng)。該閥磨(mo)擦小、耐(nai)磨(mo)性高，且高(gao)溫不(bu)變形(xing)、不脫碳(tan)。

  The valve is welded in high strength heat-resistant steel, stainless steel and fine carbon steel. The structure is dual-layer, which can endure 700℃. The material lined in interlayer has the features of anti-burning, endurable temperature and saving energy. The ovenproof layer is refractory steel that can endure 1000℃. The lining is fire lining and heat insulation layer. The valve is little in attrition, endurable and distortion and decarbonization wouldn’t happen in the condition of high temperature.

Working principle:

  旋(xuan)轉高(gao)溫三(san)通閥由閥(fa)體(ti)、旋轉翻(fan)闆、密封副、軸和傳動(dong)裝置(zhi)等部(bu)件構成(cheng)。由傳動(dong)裝置(zhi)帶動(dong)軸和(he)搖臂使旋轉翻(fan)闆根據(ju)工況需(xu)要轉換氣流方(fang)向，達(da)到封(feng)閉通(tong)道的(de)密封(feng)狀态(tai)。開啟(qi)通道則通(tong)暢無阻。反(fan)之，則(ze)轉換氣(qi)流(liu)方向(xiang)。

  XSTS 手動配用蝸輪(lun)傳動裝置(zhi)。用鍊(lian)輪遠距離操作，經蝸(wo)輪副帶動(dong)軸作旋(xuan)轉，達到介質(zhi)換(huan)向(xiang)的目(mu)的。

  XSTQ 氣動裝置配用氣動裝置和(he)蝸輪(lun)傳動(dong)裝置(zhi)。手動由鍊(lian)輪傳(chuan)動蝸輪副(fu)，帶動閥軸作旋轉，氣(qi)動由(you)氣動(dong)推杆(gan)推動(dong)搖杆帶動(dong)閥軸作旋轉，達(da)到介(jie)質換向的(de)目的(de)。手動、氣動(dong)可無(wu)幹擾切換(huan)。

  The valve is made up of body, turning disc, seal, axle and transmission device etc. In order to reach the seal state of seal channel, transmission device drives the axle and rocker to exchange the flow direction of gas referring to the working condition. Open the channel the medium will flow without resistance. Otherwise it will exchange the flow direction of gas.

  XSTS is equipped with the worm wheel transmission device. It is operated by chain wheel from long range. Worm wheel drives the axle to make the chain wheel rotate in order to exchange direction of medium.

  XSTQ is equipped with the pneumatic and worm wheel device. The chain wheel drives the worm wheel to rotate the valve axle, which is manual. Draw stem push the rocker to make the axle rotate in order to exchange direction of medium, which is pneumatic. Manual and pneumatic can be exchanged without disturbance.

Operation instruction

l 連接方式(shi)：進氣(qi)口(kou)為(wei)法蘭(lan)式連(lian)接，兩(liang)個出(chu)氣口(kou)為對焊式(shi)連接(jie)。

l 安(an)裝時請(qing)注意進氣方向(xiang)（閥體上已标明(ming)）， 操作時請(qing)注意(yi)翻闆(pan)換向的方(fang)向。

l 設備(bei)在(zai)運行(hang)時，應(ying)定期給傳(chuan)動部(bu)分(fen)加(jia)潤滑(hua)油和(he)檢查傳動(dong)部分運行(hang)情況。

l 若長(zhang)期(qi)存放，應(ying)使翻闆處(chu)于下(xia)通道關閉狀态(tai)，給傳動部分加潤滑(hua)油(you)，不要露(lu)天堆(dui)置。

l The connection of inlet is flange connection. Two vent holes are dual-welded connection.

l Pay attention to the inlet direction, which is marked on body when install the valve and the exchange direction of turning disc when operate.

l Add lubricant to the transmission part and check its operation condition termly.

l The down-channel should be closed when the valve is long stored. Add lubricant to transmission part and the valve can’t be piled up in the open air. 

運(yun)輸及(ji)保管(guan)：

Transportation and protection

l 運輸時應(ying)避免(mian)撞擊(ji)閥門，閥門應處于全(quan)閉位置以(yi)防在運輸(shu)中損壞翻(fan)闆。

l 運輸時(shi)傳動(dong)裝置(zhi)應(ying)懸空，防(fang)止傳(chuan)動軸(zhou)受力過大而(er)變形損(sun)壞。

l 傳動(dong)裝置及(ji)傳動(dong)部位(wei)應作(zuo)防潮(chao)、防雨(yu)處理。

l 該閥(fa)應(ying)存放在(zai)幹燥(zao)的室内，不(bu)允許(xu)露(lu)天存放(fang)或堆置(zhi)。長(zhang)期存(cun)放時(shi)應(ying)使閥門(men)處于(yu)關閉狀态(tai)，各傳(chuan)動(dong)部位加(jia)潤滑油，傳動裝置作(zuo)防(fang)潮(chao)、防塵(chen)處理。

l Avoid bumping of the valve when transported. The valve should be in close position to prevent from damaging of turning disc.

l The transmission parts should be hung up to avoid the damage of transmission axle.

l Treatment of dampproof and rainproof should be done to transmission device and part.

l The valve should be stored in dry room. It should be in full close state when long stored. Add lubrication to the transmission part and the device should be dampproof and dustproof.
