  this valve is welded in fine steel. it has the features of simple structure, ease to open and close and no obstruction etc. determine the open angle of valve and adjust material flow according to the working condition with transmission orientation device. it is especially suitable to transport non-glutinosity solid powder and grain, crystalloid material less than Φ30mm.

working principle:

  扇形(xíng)閘門由本體、扇(shàn)形閘闆、軸、密封(fēng)副、執行機(jī)構等部件構成(chéng)。手動或執行機構推(tuī)動搖(yáo)杆使扇形(xíng)閘(zhá)闆沿軸心旋(xuán)轉開啟，物(wù)料随(suí)即下落。待(dài)接料(liào)裝置(zhì)滿(mǎn)載後再推動搖杆使扇(shàn)形閘闆複位，關閉截(jié)斷下落(luò)的(de)物料。

  the valve is made up of body disc, axle, seal, actuator etc. manus or actuator drives rocker to make the disc rotate and open along axis and then material drop. push rocker rotate to make the disc replace after fill up the device and cut down the dropping material.

使用說明(míng)：

usage explanation:

l  安裝時請注意(yì)閘門本體上标明介(jiè)質流向，兩(liǎng)法蘭(lán)連接時必需加密(mì)封墊片(piàn)，然後(hòu)均勻(yún)鎖緊(jǐn)螺栓(shuān)。

l  運行時請(qǐng)辨清扇形(xíng)閘闆(pǎn)開關方向。執行(háng)機構請正(zhèng)确接(jiē)線。

l  若長(zhǎng)期存放(fàng)應使設(shè)備(bèi)處于關(guān)閉狀态，各傳(chuán)動部位加(jiā)潤滑(huá)油，不(bú)允許露天(tiān)存放或堆(duī)置。

l   pay attention to the direction of medium in valve body. add seal cushion between two flanges connection and screw down bolt

l  please identify the direction of switch of disc. actuator must be connected exactly.

l  add lubricant to transmission part when valve is long stored. it should not be placed or piled up in the open air.
