  旋轉高(gāo)溫三通閥(fá)采用(yòng)超強度熱強鋼(gāng)、不鏽(xiù)鋼(gāng)和(hé)優質(zhì)碳素鋼焊(hàn)接。耐溫700℃，為雙層結構(gòu)，夾層襯有阻燃、耐溫保熱(rè)材料(liào)，内有耐(nài)熱鋼作(zuò)耐熱層，耐(nài)溫1000℃，内襯耐火材料和(hé)隔熱層。該閥(fá)磨(mó)擦小、耐磨性高(gāo)，且高(gāo)溫不(bú)變形(xíng)、不脫碳。

  the valve is welded in high strength heat-resistant steel, stainless steel and fine carbon steel. the structure is dual-layer, which can endure 700℃. the material lined in interlayer has the features of anti-burning, endurable temperature and saving energy. the ovenproof layer is refractory steel that can endure 1000℃. the lining is fire lining and heat insulation layer. the valve is little in attrition, endurable and distortion and decarbonization wouldn’t happen in the condition of high temperature.

工作原(yuán)理：

working principle:

  旋(xuán)轉高溫(wēn)三通閥(fá)由閥體、旋轉翻闆、密(mì)封副、軸和傳動(dòng)裝置等部(bù)件構(gòu)成。由傳動裝置(zhì)帶動軸和(hé)搖臂使旋(xuán)轉翻(fān)闆根據工況需(xū)要轉(zhuǎn)換氣流方向，達到封閉通(tōng)道的(de)密封狀态。開啟(qǐ)通道則通暢無阻。反(fǎn)之，則轉換氣(qì)流方向(xiàng)。

  xsts 手(shǒu)動配用蝸輪(lún)傳動(dòng)裝(zhuāng)置。用鍊(liàn)輪遠距(jù)離操作(zuò)，經蝸輪副帶動(dòng)軸作(zuò)旋(xuán)轉，達到(dào)介質換向的目(mù)的。

  xstq 氣動裝置配(pèi)用氣動裝置和(hé)蝸輪傳(chuán)動裝置。手動(dòng)由鍊(liàn)輪傳(chuán)動蝸輪副，帶動(dòng)閥軸(zhóu)作旋轉，氣(qì)動由氣動(dòng)推杆推動(dòng)搖杆帶動(dòng)閥軸(zhóu)作旋轉，達(dá)到介質換向的(de)目的。手動、氣動(dòng)可無幹擾切換(huàn)。

  the valve is made up of body, turning disc, seal, axle and transmission device etc. in order to reach the seal state of seal channel, transmission device drives the axle and rocker to exchange the flow direction of gas referring to the working condition. open the channel the medium will flow without resistance. otherwise it will exchange the flow direction of gas.

  xsts is equipped with the worm wheel transmission device. it is operated by chain wheel from long range. worm wheel drives the axle to make the chain wheel rotate in order to exchange direction of medium.

  xstq is equipped with the pneumatic and worm wheel device. the chain wheel drives the worm wheel to rotate the valve axle, which is manual. draw stem push the rocker to make the axle rotate in order to exchange direction of medium, which is pneumatic. manual and pneumatic can be exchanged without disturbance.

operation instruction

l 連接方式：進(jìn)氣(qì)口為法蘭(lán)式連(lián)接，兩個(gè)出氣口(kǒu)為對焊式(shì)連接(jiē)。

l 安(ān)裝(zhuāng)時(shí)請注意(yì)進氣方(fāng)向（閥體(tǐ)上已标(biāo)明(míng)）， 操作(zuò)時請(qǐng)注(zhù)意(yì)翻闆(pǎn)換向(xiàng)的(de)方向。

l 設(shè)備在(zài)運行時，應(yīng)定期(qī)給傳(chuán)動部(bù)分加潤滑(huá)油和檢查(chá)傳動部分(fèn)運行情況(kuàng)。

l 若長(zhǎng)期存(cún)放，應使翻(fān)闆處(chù)于下(xià)通道(dào)關閉狀态，給傳動部分加潤滑油，不(bú)要露(lù)天堆(duī)置。

l the connection of inlet is flange connection. two vent holes are dual-welded connection.

l pay attention to the inlet direction, which is marked on body when install the valve and the exchange direction of turning disc when operate.

l add lubricant to the transmission part and check its operation condition termly.

l the down-channel should be closed when the valve is long stored. add lubricant to transmission part and the valve can’t be piled up in the open air. 

運輸及保管：

transportation and protection

l 運輸(shū)時應避免撞擊閥門，閥門(mén)應處于(yú)全閉位置以防(fáng)在(zài)運輸(shū)中損壞翻闆。

l 運(yùn)輸時傳(chuán)動裝(zhuāng)置應懸(xuán)空(kōng)，防(fáng)止傳(chuán)動軸受力(lì)過大(dà)而變(biàn)形(xíng)損壞。

l 傳動(dòng)裝置及傳動(dòng)部位(wèi)應作(zuò)防(fáng)潮(cháo)、防雨處理(lǐ)。

l 該閥(fá)應存放在幹燥(zào)的室内，不允許(xǔ)露(lù)天存放或堆(duī)置。長期(qī)存放(fàng)時(shí)應使閥門(mén)處于(yú)關閉狀(zhuàng)态，各傳(chuán)動部位加潤滑油，傳動裝置作(zuò)防潮、防塵處理(lǐ)。

l avoid bumping of the valve when transported. the valve should be in close position to prevent from damaging of turning disc.

l the transmission parts should be hung up to avoid the damage of transmission axle.

l treatment of dampproof and rainproof should be done to transmission device and part.

l the valve should be stored in dry room. it should be in full close state when long stored. add lubrication to the transmission part and the device should be dampproof and dustproof.
